This is the state of the art advanced technology in the FIeld of photo-polymerization. 


The traditional ultraviolet sources produce an intense infrared radiation that causes overheating of the irradiated substrate.


Thanks to a device designed and perfected in Superfici laboratories, it is able to filter the emitted UV radiation, eliminating most of the infrared component. The result is a cold UV light that can be used with any type of heat-sensitive material, the system is called Coldcure.

the radiating source is oriented towards a selective surface, which reflects only the UV range of the lamps emission, avoiding to transfer on the work-piece the heat generated by the IR range, thus obtaining a Cold polymerisation.


this position enters automatically whenever there is a conveyor stop. The lamp power supply decreases to 50% or to other previously fixed values.
