AUTOMATIC STRUCTURING MACHINE

“Structuring” (known also as “wood distressing”) defines the process that emphasizes the natural wood textures by differentiating the hard grain from the soft grain. The result is a kind of “rustic” or “antique” finishing, increasingly required in many manufacturing sectors (windows, doors, flooring, cabinet doors, furniture in farmhouse style, etc.).

Masterbrush “S” is fitted with a series of brushes designed to dig into the soft and hard wood grain in a differential manner. One or more additional brushes soften the effect, and clean the pore.

• structuring units with 250 mm diameter steel or abrasive nylon brush rollers
• double direction of rotation of the structuring brushes
• crossbelt structuring units, equipped with steel of abrasive nylon linear brushes
• orbiting units equipped  with steel or abrasive nylon rotary disc brushes
• outfeeding structuring units, with 150 mm or 200 mm diameter steel or abrasive nylon brushes
• workpieces cleaning units, equipped with tampico brush or rotating blowers
• uprated main motors
• vacuum hold-down table
• “Hydra V-Pad” and “Hydra PC” control panels
