Edge Finishing
Workpiece edges can be finished using any of three different methods on our Laccabord: Roller, Web (Filling), or Spray.
The roller version utilizes a vertical roller coater and is suitable for all types of material. Our patented NST Web Applicator applies 100% solids UV filler to edges. SPR uses spray guns and paper protection to cover the overspray.
A variety of curing units are offered: Hot Air, IR, and UV.
The Laccabord machine is available in single and double sided versions, with denibbing, sanding, cleaning and other features also available.
